Surrender Request Form

If you are no longer able to care for your German Shepherd Dog, please complete the following form with true, honest, and complete answers. The more information you can provide to us the better the opportunity we have to place your dog in the right home. Someone will contact you to discuss the rescue taking in your dog. Please note that there will be a Minimum surrender fee of $50.00 once you sign your pet over to GSROR as a donation for us to evaluate, groom, feed and any vetting necessary while in the care of GSROR in preparation for adoption.

Please allow us up to 10 days for a representative of GSROR to contact you and discuss the possibility of helping. It will help us to see a picture of your dog, please email us with your dog's name in the subject line.
